Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy for Your Mind

Multi-phase binaural sessions guide your brainwaves through carefully designed arcs — from calm alpha into deep theta, then gently back — paired with your choice of ambient soundscape.

Choose from pink noise, brown noise, rain, ocean waves, and more. All generated procedurally — zero cost.

Altered States

Deep theta and gateway frequencies for expanded consciousness

THETA
20 min

Body Awareness

Schumann resonance (7.83 Hz) session for heightened body awareness and sensory connection. The Earth's natural electromagnetic frequency.

THETA

Lucid Dreaming

Alpha to deep theta with a gamma awareness burst. Designed for WBTB (Wake Back To Bed) technique — the gamma pulse may help maintain conscious awareness as you enter the dream state.

Astral Projection

Based on Monroe Institute gateway frequencies. Deep theta descent through Focus 10 (body asleep/mind awake) to Focus 12 (expanded awareness). For experienced meditators.

Manifestation

Sustained theta at 6 Hz — the visualisation frequency. Extended hold in the brainwave state where mental imagery is most vivid and subconscious programming is most receptive.

Orgasmic Bliss

A 25-minute arousal arc that mirrors the brain's natural pleasure cycle. Schumann resonance deepens body awareness, a gradual beta-to-gamma build mimics rising arousal, and a sustained 40 Hz gamma peak matches the brainwave pattern observed during orgasm — followed by deep theta afterglow.

How It Works

Each session guides your brainwaves through a carefully designed arc. For example, an NSDR session starts in relaxed alpha (10 Hz), smoothly descends into restorative theta (4.5 Hz), then gently brings you back to alert alpha.

Two slightly different tones play in each ear. Your brain perceives a “phantom beat” at the difference frequency, which entrains your brainwaves to match — a process called neural entrainment.

Layer your choice of ambient soundscape underneath — brown noise for deep focus, rain for relaxation, ocean waves for meditation — and adjust both volumes to your preference.

Frequency Ranges

  • Delta (1-4 Hz) — Deep sleep, recovery
  • Theta (4-8 Hz) — Meditation, calm
  • Alpha (8-13 Hz) — Relaxation, stress relief
  • Beta (13-30 Hz) — Focus, energy
  • Gamma (30-50 Hz) — Flow, peak cognition

Safety Information

Please read before your first session

Epilepsy warning: If you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, consult your doctor before using binaural beats. Auditory entrainment can affect neural activity.

Do not drive or operate machinery while listening to binaural beats. These sessions are designed to alter your mental state and may cause drowsiness.

Not a medical treatment. Binaural beats are a wellness tool and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Pair with Your Practice

Binaural beats work beautifully alongside breathwork and meditation. Try a theta session before your breathwork practice for deeper results.
