Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

Subscription Plans: Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through the contact form on our website. Some information may be retained as required by law.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our Service or other users.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Our Content: The Service and its original content, including guided meditations, NSDR protocols, binaural beats compositions, breathwork sequences, and all associated audio and text, are and will remain the exclusive property of ILMA Wellness. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.
