Quiet Mind is longer. That does not make it the grown-up version of Wind Down. Wind Down is the small nightly habit. Quiet Mind is longer, premium, and can run to 47 minutes. Grounding Daily is a short body-and-breath plan that is not only for bedtime. Choose none of them if you need care, or if inward attention feels wrong today.
What actually differs
The three live plans differ in when you use them, how long a day lasts, and whether they cost. Skipping all three is allowed.

None of these
If you need help, not a plan, stop here. Persistent insomnia, anxiety, or trauma symptoms need qualified help.
From the current Wind Down, Quiet Mind, and Grounding Daily programme records.
These are different plans, not ranked treatments. Quiet Mind is not CBT for insomnia, even if a day name sounds clinical. No session replaces lost sleep.
Wind Down for the smallest night
Wind Down fits when fifteen minutes is the ceiling. You are signing up for a nightly schedule, not fourteen copies of one meditation. If a daily habit already feels heavy, try one session before treating the whole plan as a promise.
Quiet Mind for a longer stretch
Week one already includes 30-minute combinations. Weeks two and three mix longer body scans, muscle relaxation, binaural audio, and a 47-minute last day. That is more time and a premium account. It is a different plan, not a stronger Wind Down.
If thoughts will not leave you alone at night, this is the plan whose days lean that way. That is still not a diagnosis.
Grounding Daily when bedtime is not the whole problem
Grounding Daily is the shortest body-oriented of the three. It may fit when you want an anytime practice and prefer contact, breath, or the body over a sleep-specific sequence. "Grounding" here is product language, not a treatment for dissociation, panic, or trauma.
Skip all three when you need help, not a plan
If the honest answer is "I need help, not a plan," that is the answer. Stop if a session increases distress. Persistent insomnia, anxiety, or trauma symptoms need qualified help. Urgent symptoms need urgent care.
You do not have to enrol in a three-week premium plan to have permission to stop after ten minutes.
Frequently asked questions
Is Quiet Mind better than Wind Down?
It is longer, premium, and marked intermediate. That is more time and a different account type, not a better result.
Can I use Grounding Daily in the evening?
Yes, if the session itself fits. It is a daily calm plan, not bedtime-only.
Which plan treats insomnia?
None of them. This page does not convert sleep marketing into clinical evidence.
What if I only want one short session tonight?
Open Breath Awareness, Coherent Breathing, or a single short day in Wind Down or Grounding Daily.
