How to Practice
Enter the sauna at a moderate 70-80°C. Stay for 10 minutes per round. Cool down gently between rounds. 2 rounds is sufficient for recovery.
Tips
Best done within 2 hours of exercise
Lower temperature is better for recovery
Focus on relaxation, not endurance
