How to Practice
Spend 15 minutes in the sauna (80°C). Throw water on the stones (löyly). Exit and plunge into cold water (5°C) for 2 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes. Repeat 3 rounds.
Tips
Hydrate well before and between rounds
Listen to your body in the sauna
The rest period is essential — don't skip it
